FIELD SIZE Field limited to 144 entries Indexes are capped at 32 |

FORMAT 36-hole stroke play. Maximum score on any hole 12 Gross competition in Flights of 8 based on index. Champion, Runner Up, Net Champion, and Super Senior recognized Net Champion handicap allowance – 95% |

PRACTICE ROUNDS Tee times can be reserved beginning April 6th Crosswinds practice rounds are available Monday-Thursday and after 1pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday for $45. Friday, Saturday & Sunday before 1:00 pm for $69. Note-they have a large tournament scheduled Saturday morning Call the Pro Shop at 912–966–1909 ext. 1

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range, at both courses, will open at 7:00 am on the days of the competition Crosswinds has Toptracer technology on their range |

STARTING TIMES Crosswinds: Shotgun start both days at 9am Southbridge: Shotgun 9:00 am Tuesday/8:30 am Wednesday |

CARTS Crosswinds carts are equipped with GPS and Geofencing. Southbridge carts have no GPS but have Geofencing.

POLICIES:RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY The GSWGA Rules of Play and Pace of Play Policy will be in effect. |

FOOD SERVICE Southbridge: Prepackaged snacks and beverage purchase beginning at 8am. No Grab and Go available. Vickery’s will be open for food and bar selections after the round. Crosswinds: Beverages and prepackaged snacks available in the Pro shop. Beverage service and Grab & Go food available at the Halfway Hut located between #1 and #10 tee after 10:00 am. Grille 19, in the Clubhouse, open for food and drinks after the round. |

REFUND POLICY Player withdrawals must be called in or e-mailed to the GSWGA Peggy Williams 402-321-6532 Any cancellation must be made by 5:00 PM ET on Thursday, May 1, 2025 to receive a refund(no exceptions) |
